At ‘Zass, the menu evolves in harmony with the land, changing three times a year to echo the rhythm of the seasons. 

Each dish is crafted from ingredients either grown in our own organic gardens or gathered from trusted local producers who share our reverence for freshness and flavor. Spring might bring wild herbs and tender greens; summer, sun-drenched tomatoes and sweet figs; autumn, earthy roots, chestnuts and woodland mushrooms. This changing canvas allows us to serve food that feels alive—vibrant, immediate, and unmistakably of this place and moment.
